This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach students who are hospitalized battling cancer and waiting for transplants.I love that my students are always eager to learn. They are special because regardless of their medical diagnoses they look forward to school time every day. The books in my cart make a difference in their learning because they provide grade level instructional content in Language Arts and in Math.

Providing Common Core aligned instructional books is key to my students success.

I am looking forward to creating a Common Core aligned instructional library for my students. Having instructional content that is relevant is essential in engaging students in learning.
