My Project

These materials will create a calm learning environment for all children. These books are a critical too in using literature to practice breathing techniques.

Breathing is a purposeful tool in self-regulation.

Using literature to explore breathing techniques is a fun and relatable way to explore emotions and emotional regulation.

The children will use the paint sticks to explore breathing in an exercise using paint to create breathing movements. This will allow our littlest learners to explore breathing techniques in a way they can understand and see. Thank you so much for your support.
