Help me give my students ink refills for our color printer, a set of Mr. Sketch Markers (their favorite!), and colored copy paper/cardstock for creative end-of-the-year projects in our Gifted and Talented classroom.
My students LOVE creating in our Gifted and Talented Classroom. Since one of my schools doesn't have an Art Teacher, I feel it is especially important to add creativity challenges to our class objectives. Unfortunately, many of the materials for art lessons are consumable, and we often need to replinish these items... especially toward the end of the school year.
This artsy grant will provide ink for our color printer, new Mr. Sketch Markers (which are my student's favorite), and lots of cardstock and colored copy paper for our classroom projects and parent letters.
The main focus for these items will be a 4th and 5th Grade end-of-the-year project to create their own board game. We will need plenty of markers, cardstock, ink, and colored copy paper to make this project possible.
