Creating a Welcoming Environment

Help me give my students a welcoming classroom!!! It’s my first year, and I’d love these items to better welcome and serve my students!

My Project

These resources will allow my children to feel more comfortable in the classroom and will assist with social-emotional needs. The more comfortable a child feels in the classroom, the more they are taking in.

The rug will allow my students to have a more comfortable space for learning.

The magnetic blocks will help in my cozy corner for children who need a minute to themselves for their social-emotional well-being. The books will allow me to better connect with my students through read-aloud. The mesh bags and charts will allow my students to stay organized and keep a neat learning environment.
