This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We always encourage our learners to create and show what they are thinking then share the project in our space. Giving our learners the tools, like paints and markers, to express their thinking would expand their creations.

Bringing our thoughts into works of art and expression will give us the opportunity to show what we are learning with the world.

Drawing, building and creating is the beginning of us communicating and sharing our learning with others. When we display our work around our class, we are filled with pride and it gives us the opportunity to discuss our learning with others.
