Create a Classroom Area for Positive Mental Health
Help me give my students an area in the class room to help with their mental health where they can go to have a sense of calm and help their positive mindset.
I am trying to create a space in my classroom that students can use to clear their mind and have a sense of calmness. It is an area to help create a positive mindset and help with the students' mental health.
A rug, lamp and bean bag chairs will help students destress and have a positive impact on their mental health.
The goal is to help students have a space to help them refocus and destress.
My students are special because they are working hard in collaborative groups the entire class time, and just need a space to be able to destress and refocus. Please help create a space to help increase a positive mental health opportunity.
