My Students

Everyday I have the opportunity to learn from 26 amazing students. Each one of them brings something special to our classroom; not only inspiring me to be the best teacher I can be, but helping each other to reach the potential they have within themselves.

Even during this global pandemic, as their daily lives have been thrown in every possible direction, they continue to amaze me with their determination and resilience!

My students can think, ask questions, and wonder about the world around them. Trying to see the world through their eyes is true magic, because it helps us remember what is most important and what is possible. I love our school because it helps foster the kind of environment where everyone is welcome and everyone can succeed!

My Project

School can be stressful and hard, even more especially through this pandemic. The seat cushions and ball chairs will go directly to the students for them to use each day in the classroom.

Giving students an opportunity for multiple seating choices will engage them more readily in learning, and hopefully relieve some of the stress they are experiencing.

Having more recess equipment will also help my students to better release some of the emotional struggles they are going through. And more classroom resources, such as games and books will allow the students to find things they enjoy during their free time.
