With my students, there are truly endless possibilities! They all have their own unique talents and abilities to share not only with their peers in our class, but with the world. Not all of them can see that within themselves yet, but I hope to help them discover more of what they are truly capable of. They are their own selves. They can think, ask questions and wonder about the world around them. Talking with my students, and mostly listening, has help me to learn and understand more than I could ever imagine. I love to try and see the world through their eyes, because with them, there is no filter. I love our school because it helps foster the kind of environment that I truly feel every student deserves. It not only allows but encourages and promotes the students to be thinkers, communicators, risk-takers, inquirers, caring, open-minded, balanced, knowledgeable, principled, and reflective. My students truly make my decision of being a teacher, the best decision I've ever made!
