My Students

My students are kind, enthusiastic, and hard-working! We live in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan and love spending our time outdoors. Students are at varying ability levels, but they are happy and willing to help each other out.

They are very curious and eager to learn.

Our school consists of many friendly faces from students, staff, and parents. Although our school community is supportive, funds are limited. Your help with this project will make a tremendous difference to our class. Thank you!

My Project

Having three Chromebooks in our classroom will help meet the needs of students with varying abilities. Students will be able to connect to a variety of reading and math programs to help them continue to grow in these academic areas. The programs will match to their level of learning. Students will work on reading fluency, vocabulary and comprehension. It will also help students with math skills such as addition and subtraction fact fluency.

Chromebooks in the classroom will motivate students and help foster their love of learning.

Chromebooks will also allow students to be more independent and allow me to work with other students individually or with a small group. I am looking forward to seeing my students engaged and ready to learn!
