Cozy Reading Cafe

Help me give my students a cozy reading area where they can snuggle of with a good book.

My Project

First grade students love becoming independent readers. Choosing books their favorite books from a classroom library helps them take ownership of their reading. Young readers also love finding comfortable areas in the room where they can get cozy while they read.

What could be better than picking one of your favorite books and sitting in a comfy chair?

The rotating bookshelf will give kids the freedom to choose just the right book. The Piggie and Gerald and Roscoe Riley book sets are first grade favorites! The cozy carpet and beanbag chair will create a cozy space to read and the inspirational reading posters will make kids remember that reading is fun.
