My Project

My students are wonderful kindergarteners. It is my job to provide them with an amazing first year and show them that learning is fun. My students have many opportunities throughout the day to move around the room and to choose centers to work on. We have wobble chairs and balance discs which they love. I want to provide them with more learning opportunities in the classroom. They work best when they choose the type of seating that works best for them. With the Cozy Couch, they will be able to choose a comfortable place to read in the library center.

My students deserve opportunities in the classroom that they might not get in their daily lives at home.

Giving them opportunities to learn in different ways is the key to a successful classroom. All of my students have different learning styles. Classrooms with flexible seating give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them. This will help them to work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking. By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
