My Project

I have had the privilege of working at my school for 25 years. We are a very diverse school with wonderful ideas and stories to share. My room currently has flexible seating options when students are at their desk. However, it's hard to bring them all together on the floor for group discussions.

A large carpet would allow us all to gather in closer proximity and give us a comfortable place to sit, work, and chat.

My room has cold, white tile that is not conducive to bringing together my students. Rather than having students sit at their desks and talk across the room and get distracted by their own belongings, I'd like to close the gap and have us convene in one place.
