Cozy Classroom Rug

My Project

A classroom rug is an important learning space in the classroom. It is the center of our classroom. Most of our learning takes place on the classroom rug.

This rug will be a new, bright, and inviting place for my students to learn!

My students start and end their day on our rug. Our current rug is thin and not very comfortable. The rug in this project is thicker. It also has nice round spots to help students establish boundaries in finding their own space and assist with daily routines.

I implement flexible seating throughout the day. This new rug will give students places to sit to complete work other than their desks.
