My Project

My students have expressed their distaste for our school's uncomfortable seating arrangements on multiple occasions. Although I have tried to make things as comfortable as possible, the fact that they are required to sit in plastic chairs all day while working seems a little unfair.

Research shows that giving students flexible seating options fosters a better learning environment.

This project would give my students a couple more options in my class.

Rather than having to sit in hard plastic chairs all day, these bean bags and cushions would allow students the option to sit on something soft while they work.

Additionally, I believe that having better seating options will encourage students to get comfortable and READ.
