This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am working on this awesome project for our elementary school. It's all about spreading warmth and kindness to our students in need. Every day I have visits to the clinic with students needing a snack, hygiene, or a simple break away from class.

I am hoping to create a small space where students can get basic needs met, to make students feel cared for.

Having access to nutritious snacks can fuel our students learning which is important! These items show the students that they are cared for and valued, boosting their self-esteem and overall well-being. It's all about creating a nurturing and supportive environment where every student feels safe and loved.
