My students have become a close-knit family. They love to inspire, play hard, and learn. They are creative and have a lot to share with the world.
As we grow, we are learning that we need different tools to help us be the best learners we can be.
We have come to realize that recess can make us wound up and grumpy with each other. We need a few minutes to cool down and reset after so much fun. Sometimes though, it isn't fun and we need time to process those feelings, too. We need to come in from recess, turn off the big lights, listen to soft jazz, color, and have cozy lights. These new, rechargeable cozy lights will allow our tables to have enough light for us to color by and find our inner calm.
