This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi! As a special education teacher I often teach students who need extra love and care throughout the day. I am currently teaching 7th graders in Danbury, CT.

My current classroom needs some TLC to make it look more appealing to my students.

I would like to provide my students with a welcoming and cozy environment and atmosphere. I want to give them a nice space where they feel safe and comfortable. Providing them with a variety of seating options will help them destress and learn in a more comfortable way.
