Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school's goal is to build a game room for students to earn positive incentives for their behavior, academics, and social skills. Our vision is to build strong social skills and reinforce them with positive rewards, like time in the Cougar Game Room.

Our campus has 100% free and reduced lunch, therefore our student population is not exposed to healthy activities outside of school.

We are requesting life size table games that can be implemented in a classroom size space, along with comfortable furniture. Our population of students thrive for the knowledge of appropriate competitive skills and how to interact with their peers.

Our school is looking to build activities during the school day that students can work towards. Our donation request is driven by the need to provide new and exciting events for our students, as it build their attendance.
