Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, curious, and full of potential, but they often struggle with organizing their thoughts and retaining information effectively. Many face challenges such as limited resources at home, making the development of strong study habits even more critical. The Cornell notebooks I am requesting will be a game-changer for their learning. These specially designed notebooks will teach my students how to structure their notes, summarize key points, and reflect on their learning in a way that promotes active engagement and deeper understanding. With a consistent and effective system, they can tackle any subject with confidence and clarity.
My goal for this project is to equip students with a proven note-taking system that enhances comprehension and retention while fostering independence and confidence in their learning process.
These notebooks will help improve their performance across all subjects by making studying more effective and less overwhelming.
My students are special because of their resilience, creativity, and eagerness to succeed, even in adversity. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and strengths to the classroom. Despite the challenges they encounter, they inspire me daily with their determination to learn and grow. This project isn’t just about providing notebooks but equipping these incredible students with tools for lifelong success. Your support will allow them to unlock their full potential and achieve their dreams. Thank you for believing in the power of education to transform lives!
