This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I know it might seem weird to create a project for a mini fridge and an ice maker for a classroom but let me tell you about our new classroom vision. With the hot summer just around the corner, I want to be able to provide students with cooling items from the basics like water and juice to storing our student-made ice cream! Yes, you read that right my students want to learn how to make ice cream but we need a place within the classroom to make this work. This will be an awesome addition to the classroom environment and will help all my students and myself thrive during the summer.

I'd like to express that my students are awesome young leaders who deserve this, in my classroom we don't have much available and even our closest water fountain is broken!

I do my best to find new ideas that will help my students thrive but also have fun and let go of any stress or negative emotions that come with academic struggles. With this new project, I plan to keep our classroom stocked with snacks and drinks for all my students. I hope you find it in your heart to donate to make my vision a reality. Even $1 can make this a reality!
