Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students LOVE silent reading time to decompress from recess and read aloud time at the end of the day. We love to read holiday books, such as Valentine's Day books, and special themed books, such as books for the 100th day of school. Because I am a first year teacher who is just starting her classroom library, we have already gone through and read most of our books. My students continuously ask if we have new books to read. We would be so grateful to be able to add new books to our classroom library to use for read aloud or silent reading time!
