Help me give my students fans for a cooler environment that is also quiet and won't add to the noise of our classroom.

My students are a great group of kids. They are 9th graders, and many have autism and other developmental disabilities or special learning needs. They need more than a teacher who tells them what to do; they need an adult who will listen to them and work with them on their individual needs.
In the words of Temple Grandin, "Kids have to be exposed to different things to develop.
A child's not going to find out he likes to play a musical instrument if you never exposed him to it."
My classroom assistant and I create a positive and interactive learning environment where our kids know that they are welcome, loved, appreciated, are safe, and can succeed.
Our students are in school in another year with masks. My classroom isn't that big but will be filled up with lots of students. These students will be in classes for 2 hours at a time, wearing masks, and trying hard to learn 9th-grade subjects.
These fans will help promote a comfortable environment for students to learn in.
This school year my students are learning in a classroom setting that is typically hot and humid. These fans will help regulate the classroom temperature. The physical environment can single-handedly be a reason a student is unable to succeed. The fans will help regulate the temperature in the classroom to prevent distractions from learning course content. I want to create a classroom environment that the students enjoy coming to instead of dreading due to unmanageable heat.
