My Project

Our 2nd grade class has been working hard on everything this year. We have been learning all of our academics and more critically, how to become the best humans we can. We realized during different points of the day we need to calm down and reset. To do this, we need a lot of different supplies.

Our greatest achievements are still to come!

Our classroom family has experienced a few days of true bliss as we have sampled some different calm down techniques. We know we need to turn off the big lights and have softer ones. We need to have our crayons at the ready to color and let our minds go. We need to charge our soothing lights. We need clipboards to work on the floor. We need a new wobble seat to sit more comfortably. Everything in this project helps us to reset and move on when we need to.
