This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The materials requested in this project are going to be used to create a cool and calm math and science classroom for my students. My students come from low-income families and deserve a warm and inviting classroom that can be their home away from home! I have noticed a direct correlation between my students being successful in the classroom and my room being a place that is comfortable. I am very excited to decorate my classroom for the new year!
