This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we enter the second semester during the winter season, my culinary arts classroom is in need of electrical stove tops.

We currently only have 4 stoves and would like to have 4 more so our program can grow and touch more students.

Students will learn how to Sautee, fry and finally make hot food items for caterings as well as day to day use.

Our Culinary classrooms currently have over 400 students and are in need of alot of help funding our program so we can become for of a culinary tech course than home ec.
