My Project
Some days are harder than others, whether we are teachers or students. As we work through some of our anxieties, my students have turned to yoga to create calm bodies and calm minds.
Yoga allows my students to engage in meaningful activities for their bodies and minds.
With your support, my students can safely practice yoga on individual mats without having to share them with their peers. Providing them with their own individual spaces increases safety and allows students to all participate in yoga with the necessary adaptations they need to succeed.
