The items that were selected for this project based on student need at the forefront. There are tissues and hand sanitizer which are classroom is running low on. Since we are a Title 1 school, these items are mostly purchased by teachers. There are items on here that will also allow students to have snacks and special incentives like candy and stickers.
There are celebration items for our 100 day of first grade, that is quickly approaching!
There is a blending and digraph game for students to play while at centers as well as build on their phonological skills. This project also includes a rotating bookshelf that will be used in the reading corner. There is a listening center that will be used for students to listen to books and respond to comprehension base questions. Truly all of these items will enhance our learning community!
