My Students

I am a fourth grade teacher to a phenomenal group of students. Our classroom's philosophy is "positivity!" I pass this motto on to every class and this year's class is doing a fabulous job holding it up. They are great at encouraging one another and keeping their eye on the prize.

School is an outlet for many of my students.

I work at a Title I school and am limited on funds for classroom resources. Many of my students live in poverty and are unable to assist with classroom needs. Any help I can get from the community and willing donors is a blessing.

My Project

These computers will help my students practice their math skills without having to go to the computer lab! Right now our computers have taken a leap to the underworld. We need these computers to help update our learning.

Our students are able to extend their learning with helpful websites on computers.

Our students research science topics and perfect their fluency on websites like Xtra math and Prodigy. The kids also have access to all of their textbooks online. These computers will help bridge the gap between textbook learning and technology.

We need all the help we can get updating our technology. These computers are the first step in the direction of digital learning. Thank you for considering my classroom needs.
