My Students

Our students are the underserved. They could need extra supports or advanced classes. They are the students who are trying to excel in life with the gifts they have been given. They are excited to try new things and learn and grow. They are interested in the science, technology, Engineering and Math. We have started a K-8 computer science class that all students take.

This class allows students to understand technology and how it impacts them now and in the future.

We are able to teach better online testing strategies, all students will be typing at a high school level by the time they leave for high school. They will understand how to use google drive and all it features.

My Project

Students will be taught how to code microbits for active use. They will understand the programing and what it takes to make it all work. They will develop their knowledge with the V2 bits. and work together in teams. They will work on collaboration and problem solving skills.

Many students are introverted and by being able to work with the other students will also give them important social skills and push them to their limits of education.

The students will be challenged to learn something new and real world applicability.
