My Project

The students in our elementary school love to try new things . We have been learning about plastic bags and reusing them . They have been making bracelets out of cut up plastic shopping bags and old plastic decorations. Previews for summer library where they will use plastic shopping bags and cereal boxes to start plants have gotten them excited

They are more engaged when they have a project that allows for hands on.

A composting kit and recycling bins would really spark their interest and allow for real life application of the concepts that they are reading about.
