Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are amazing and want to acknowledge school staff who have dedicated over 30+ years of educational service to our amazing students at Roberto Clemente.
The requested donations will help my students put together "Thank You" goodie bags ("Thank You for Making a Difference" Blanket, Tumblers, 2024 caps, decorations and sweet sentiments) that they can present to our VIP retired staff upon their final days of service!
Our young learners are strong and resilient. They face numerous obstacles and continue to come to school daily with positive attitudes and the desire to learn.
This donation will not only allow us the opportunity for students to show their appreciation but students will learn compassion, leadership, and the spirit of giving back and showing our teaching community who go above and beyond that "We Love and Appreciate You!"
