My Project

I am the school nurse and I am in charge of creating the Community Fitness Trail for the kids and their families. We already have fitness equipment installed, now I am looking to add simple fitness activities for all ages on the sidewalk. Obesity and obesity-related conditions and diseases affect my middle school children. I am hoping to involve the kids in painting the trail to excite them about exercise. I think stencils would make the project accessible to anyone. I also think children would be proud to show their friends and family their work.
