This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a speech therapist, I work with many students who have difficulty speaking. Some students have complex needs, and may only use a few words or no words at all. A communication device (iPad) allows them to express their wants and needs. These devices empower students to communicate independently, even if they can't use spoken language. We have the devices, but now we need a way to keep them safe.

My students need protective cases to keep their communication devices safe.

A protective case is crucial to keep the device safe and functioning for students. The screen protectors are for the same purpose.
