My Project

Our Multiple Disabilities students are learning valuable and realistic financial and vocational skills. Our students need continued practice with a variety of enjoyable and realistic skills. We would like to sell snow cones to the general education staff to support their community-based learning experience in order for them to gain and practice social communication.

Any general education teacher in our building has access to the snow cone machine and we are hoping to receive a number of supplies to support our goals of raising money for community outings, building financial confidence and having our students interact and increase their communication skills with our general education population.

Our hope is to continue this fundraising project in the years to come and to continue to have our multiple disability students enhance their vocational skills.
