This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have been making gains this year on their reading abilities and love and passion for the skill. Now I am focused on listening to what they would like to read and keeping those stocked.

My students love graphic novels and cheeky stories with a hint of trouble.

The joy of my life would be if my students turned into lifelong readers. When I was their age my passion for reading began because I had teachers, librarians, and a grandmother who kept me supplied with things I loved to read.

Help me keep my students love for reading fired up by keeping my room full of the things they want to read.
