Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have hard, plastic blue chairs that they use daily. As they have gained stamina in working on reading, writing, math and science, they also become increasingly tired of sitting on such hard chairs. We have reading and math groups that rotate from station to station, but they all end of using the same hard chairs to sit on. Therefore, having the patted seats will be a very welcoming comfort on their backs and legs throughout the day as they dive into their learning.

I can already see their eyes light up and giddy with joy as they realize they have an individual comfy padded seat to use.

Your donation of comfortable, soft individual padded seats and file folder bins will help them focus on their learning journey. The file folder bins will remind them of the importance of organization, as this is a beneficial life-long skill.

My students are energetic, vivacious, hard working and bursting with curiosity. They know that having a comfortable and least restrictive environment will help them focus on what matters most...Learning!
