My Project

My students learn in a small classroom. My classroom configuration is a mess because the carpet I currently have is too big for the room I am in (seriously, my classroom is supposed to be an office). I would love to be able to read picture books aloud to my students while they sit on the carpet, but my current carpet is just too big for me to have out! I'd like to have a smaller carpet in order to give my students the uniquely elementary experience of sitting on a carpet, listening to their favorite stories!

I work in a small classroom with special needs students.

In my classroom, we spend a lot of time engaged in small group instruction. Currently, I have two small group tables set up, but no chairs! Students have to bring their own chairs, which can be time-consuming when all students are moving at the same time. Having a set of stools that are dedicated to the small group tables would greatly reduce transition time, which lets my students receive more instruction!
