My Project

My students are in need of a few items to help them focus on their learning. Those things include a comfortable carpet to sit on and headphones for computer

First grade foundations are key especially in reading.

Carpet time helps me reduce the distractions by moving my students from their desks into a different space. It also puts them at my feet so I can easily redirect my students. Giving them their own space in each square helps give them spacial awareness.

The headphones would help by replacing the headphones we currently have that are falling apart. We use our headphones to reduce the noise of their computers during small group time. We also use them during testing as their tests are read aloud for math benchmarks.
