My Project

My students have loved the reading nook that I was able to create in the classroom. Next year I plan to move it onto the linoleum, where even more students can enjoy the space.

Students are asking daily about sitting in our reading nook during Time in Text.

Our reading nook has been such a huge success!

Having a rug will make it even more inviting and comfortable, allowing more students to sit and read in the space provided. My goal is to keep my students reading for the pleasure to read, not for test or assignments.
