My Project

I am so excited to meet my students this coming year and give them the very best. Even though this is my 29th year, I want to provide the best learning opportunities for them. When students trust you, as a teacher, you can build a relationship where they take ownership of their learning and feel they belong and have a purpose of learning.

To establish that, I want my students to learn in the very best way and feel safe.

Learning styles are important to learn about each and every one of us. Having comfy seating as options in my classroom is important to me. We are requesting wobble cushions, wobble chairs and office desk chairs. I want my students to be able to feel comfortable and have choice.

4th grade is always an amazing year of growing and learning for the students. I tell parents at Open House... "the kiddos you give me in August are not the same kiddos you get back in June."
