Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My goal is to provide my students with a warm and welcoming environment. I want to provide my students with opportunities to learn and read as much as possible. Reading help students expand their knowledge.

Reading also helps students explore places and experiences without leaving out of the classroom.

I will use the pillows to help provide my students a comfortable area to read. The pillows will make our classroom library feel comfortable and cozy. I want my students to feel excited about reading and learning. My overall goal is to make learning fun and exciting in hopes of increasing students' knowledge through reading.
