Help me give my students more flexible seating options in our classroom. I am looking to expand on more than just my students sitting at the traditional desk with uncomfortable chairs. Help our students become more comfortable.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My charter school is located in northern, New Jersey. Our middle school students, grades 6-8, come from a variety of backgrounds. A diverse group of Hispanic, African-American, and Asian students, we are proud of their continued growth and success in and out of the classroom. Having graduated our first group of 8th graders last year, many of them went on to private school and academy programs in technology, law, medicine, and engineering. Going forward, our future graduates can reach the same amount of success, and raise the bar even more.
Our students are eager to continue using and learning technology in the classroom, expanding their world and learning to become digital citizens in the 21st century.
In addition, using texts that are on grade level and engaging encourage life long learners.
My Project
Young learners achieve higher academic success when they are comfortable. Students tend to find ways to leave the classroom, get up, become distracted, or distract others when they are uncomfortable. My latest project will benefit all learners, the fidgety student to the most serious student by offering them a few more seating options in class.
Students who are comfortable are more engaged and successful.
Not all students require the same type of seating arrangement. With this project students may choose from a floor table for their computer or textbook, or a stability ball to sit on.
