My Project

Working in a program that is designed for students with autism there are students who need different things to be successful.

Students need the pressure of the blankets and freedom of the swing to help them refocus on the academic tasks that are being presented to them.

Having these items readily available in the classroom will open up the option of sensory time without having to leave the classroom and miss direct instruction. Many students will benefit from having these items they can prevent students needing behavior support and others from being distracted from student behaviors.
