My Project

I am a new kindergarten teacher. I am a beginning to set up my classroom to meet the needs of my new students. A necessary component to a successful classroom is a central meeting location.

A welcoming and inviting area rug can provide students with a warm, safe feeling when entering a classroom.

I would love help providing this safe location for students in the form of a large classroom area rug. Young children need experience in keeping their bodies to themselves and the dots on the carpet will provided such a space for them.

What makes my students special since this is the first time for them to interact with new peers which will help them grow awareness about their world and the people in it.
