Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In 3rd grade, my students are sitting at table groups during instruction for most of the day. My students still crave the closeness of a carpet however! I have an old primary carpet with rainbow colors on it, and my classroom theme is The Forest. I would love a new carpet for my students to sit in style on!

We get together during circle time and class meetings and sit on a carpet.

With the classroom theme being the forest, I would love for my students to be able to sit on fun rocks when they are on the carpet!
