My students are fun, full of life, and energetic third graders. We are a very culturally diverse island community with a mix of Hawaiian, Filipino, Caucasian, Korean, Japanese, Micronesian, and Hispanic students. These students are eager to learn and want to do well academically.
The students come to school excited for what is in store for the day and love engaging in interactive learning.
They are great kids who would really benefit from having a colored printer to allow their work and learning come to life. I want to create a creative environment for my students to stay engaged and be excited for learning!
My Project
As a teacher I work with some very talented and hard working third grade students. They challenge themselves to produce projects that stretch their limits and allow them to share their hard work. One thing that would really help them with their final products is a colored printer.
My students need a color printer and extra cartridges to publish their finished writing, print pictures for the visual learners, and bring learning to life.
Having a colored printer will allow students to experience producing professional looking writing pieces such as animals reports, state reports, and project based learning. The students will love to see their hard work and project in color with your help.
