This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

These pennants will help my students get a positive outlook on college and career readiness. Not only on the major focus on college but career readiness as well for those who want to in to career tech post grad institutions as well. In many encounters with my high school students over the last 5 years, most of them do not know about the multiple post secondary opportunities available. I work in a 100% Title I school and I want to be the catalyst to ignite my student's thought about life after high school.
