Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I plan to integrate conversations and writing on students future goals and dreams. Many students will be first generation future college students. I want to make sure they start thinking about careers and professions that await for them.

It is never too early to start thinking about colleges and their future.

Having converstations about colleges and having them think about the places they can go is important. Giving them time to think about what they want to be is as important, but making it fun and memorable is my goal. I want to take picture of them for them to save and look at as they continue their education. We need dress up clothes, magnetic mirrors and college banners and flags.
