My Students

My students are amazing learners and future leaders. When engaged and enlightened they work well in groups, independently, and are able to work towards their best! Each student has their own ability to learn and I want to continue to guide and assist them in their journey.

In my classroom there are future doctors, lawyers, nurses and yes teachers!

I want to give them the best resources and tools to be the amazing citizens that they can become! They are the future of our community!

My Project

Students will have the opportunity to better collaborate and share ideas when working at tables that support this idea of greater citizenship. The tables will be used to help students discuss and promote engagement.

When students collaborate in desk they struggle to use the same papers, maps and other tools that make social studies relevant to them.

When we are able to use tables they can share easier and make decisions together that promote classroom engagement.

As students work together they are building social, emotional and personal skills to improve citizenship. The more we allow students to collaborate the more successful they will be in jobs, higher education and throughout their life.
