My Students

My kindergartners are excited to learn! For some this is their first school experience and we are working hard to prepare all of them for a lifetime of learning.

My kindergarteners are from a rural community where we have no stop lights; farming is huge and the small town feel is what makes it home.

Our school system is what keeps our town busy, from football games on Friday nights, drive your tractor to school day, to the hometown parade on 4th of July!

My Project

Small groups, both independent and guided, are happening all day in our kindergarten room. This kidney shaped table will allow me work with a group on guided reading, math and writing without needing to clean off one of their tables and waste so much time.

Kindergarteners are busy little people and having close proximity to all the students in my small group is essential to the progress of their learning.

Our school has many great opportunities for kids to work in many different group settings and I am seeing more and more opportunities for them with having this table in our room!
